Two Percent

VonMises defined Perfect and Full Spectrums: Perfect Spectrums are Squiggles with exactly 256 color hues. That is, displaying each of the 256 possible colors exactly once. Meanwhile, Full Spectrums are Squiggles within 1% of Perfect.

Many collectors look for Squiggles that are close to being a Full, as a way of getting a piece that is as close to Perfect as possible, without paying the huge premium.

However, Squiggles that are within 2% of Perfect also exist. Only 34 have been found, and we call them 2%s.

This includes Fuzzies. In fact, that number does not exclude any Squiggle that falls within 2% of Perfect.
